The experience was disappointing. Breakfast was very limited, with almost no fruit — and there were many flies landing on the food. Staff were rude on several occasions, including during dinner and when a wooden barb injured my friend’s foot, with no help offered. Our room’s AC was broken and it took hours to be moved. There’s no gym, which is surprising for the price. Also, most of the staff didn’t speak Portuguese, which is the local language. I wouldn’t stay again.
