Samvelcouple10The hotel is excellent—the location, the service, the rooms, and especially the balconies that offer stunning views of the entire city. The staff is very friendly, responding to and resolving every request quickly. I would like to specifically mention Corina at the reception; her attitude toward guests is top-tier. She assisted us during check-in and handled everything efficiently. I wish every hotel had staff like her.
