Location and staff: I have stayed at this hotel many times, probably around eight times. I love it because the location is close to most of the places that matter to me. The staff are very kind and welcoming. There was a new receptionist whose name I forgot; he was blond, and I really liked his communication style and friendliness. There was also an Indian female staff member who was very polite and helpful.

The employees make an extra effort to deliver great service, starting from the doorman, bellman, receptionist, barman, and chambermaid. The room was incredibly spacious for London. This hotel will be my address in London for my future stays.
