Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at your hotel. There were of course a few minor areas for improvement, but they were not significant enough to negatively affect my experience. In particular, your front desk staff member Delaram made a real difference throughout my stay with her warm attitude, friendly smile, and solution-oriented approach.
