Staff was super friendly. Location was great, but they could improve on making sure things are ready for guests.

Usually you hear doors closing, people talking, not one peep... everything was clean. Everytime I saw an employee they smiled and were welcoming. The parking lot is enclosed mostly, and surrounded by a clean strip mall with food and shopping.
